About Me

I have always had a passion for baking desserts of all kinds. I have had an interest in baking ever
since I was a young girl watching my mother, my grandmother and my father in the kitchen. I
used to love to see how they would mix up all the ingredients and turn them into something
sweet and yummy and then let me have a sample afterwards.

 

It was then that I started to bake cakes as a young girl, but I wanted to make them look a certain way. With that in mind, I decided to take cake decorating classes to gain some skills and knowledge of this art called "cake decorating" which earned me two certificates from the Wilton Method of Cake Decorating. I
have been in the business professionally for over 16 years (13 years from my certified home kitchen and 3 years in my brick and mortar).
